How do you activate voicemail notification on a Samsung Blackjack?

I got a Samsung Blackjack a few weeks ago. I signed onto my voicemail account today to change the greeting and I find out I have 17 unheard messages. Is there any way to turn voicemail notification ON? I tried calling Cingular, but was left on hold for what seemed an eternity. Thanks in advance
Its a Windows mobile , they should be sending it .. it probably is not Visible on your mobile’s current profile
